I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a passion for helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe that every person’s story deserves to be understood with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Alongside my counselling training, my background in nursing has given me a deeper appreciation for the connection between emotional and physical well-being and continues to inform my work with clients.
I provide individual counselling for adults and teens experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration support for individuals seeking to prepare for and make sense of these experiences. Sessions are available in person and online and are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
I believe many of the thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationship patterns we struggle with today developed as ways of coping, adapting, or protecting ourselves. Therapy offers an opportunity to understand these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, creating space for meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hakomi-informed principles, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed concepts, mindfulness, and nervous system-informed practices. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and present-moment experience to develop greater self-awareness, reconnect with your strengths, and support lasting change.
